DIVAS TEA Coaching for Women – ONE: is an introductory program with a personal Meeting for 30 minutes followed by three unique DIVAS TEA-Life Coaching sessions each lasting 45 minutes.
Along with this, you also have access to DIVAS TEA monthly group meetings as well as the annual DIVAS by DESIGN Conference, which is held annually.
At DIVAS TEA, we believe that every woman has the potential to bloom in life. We offer spiritual coaching to help you clarify your goals and identify the obstacles holding you back. Our goal is to help you develop the tools and strategies to overcome these obstacles and live a fulfilling life.
We offer unique coaching sessions that are tailored to your specific needs. We will work with you to identify your goals and help you devise a plan to achieve them. We will also provide support and guidance as you navigate through the challenges of everyday life.
In addition to our coaching services, we also offer monthly group meetings and an annual conference. These events are designed to provide support and develop a sisterhood to help in growth opportunities.

Christian Life Coaching: 60 Minute Session is a laser coaching session for those needing clarity around life’s general challenges, issues, or problems. It is a one-off 60-minute coaching session designed to “hit the spot” on a specific area of challenge or interest in a short time. Additionally, this 60-minute coaching session provides a confidential space to work in a highly focused way on a specific in-the-moment challenge, issue, or problem.
Christian Life Coaching: 60 Minute Session is a paid coaching session where you and Mechelle will work on a specific challenge, issue, or problem. Challenges may prevent you from gaining clarity in achieving goals and advancing in your life. It happens to everyone; you get stuck, your thoughts and beliefs are limited, and you can’t move forward. You need help immediately, and you don’t want to spend months understanding what you need to do.
The Christian Life Coaching: 60 Minute Session is perfect for implementing a quick alignment and finding ways to unblock thinking patterns or habits that sabotage your daily life.

How does Christian Life Coaching: 60-Minute Session work?
Once you book your 60 Minute Coaching Session with me, I will send you a link to my calendar that allows you to schedule a time. Then, the Session takes place virtually (via Zoom).
In each 60-minute Session, we concentrate on an issue or challenge you want to work out. But, at any given moment, it’s interfering with your day-to-day life. So, first, I gathered all the information about the issue you’re experiencing. Then, I will ask you several questions that will challenge you and help you find a solution immediately. This process is perfect if you’re looking for that “ah-ha” moment!
Together, we will:
- Pray and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance
- Identify the obstacle
- Gain clarity on the situation
- Reframe the issue
- Recognize limiting beliefs
- Discuss ideas and different perspectives
- Remove doubts, blocks, and fears
- Find solutions
- Co-create a plan for immediate action
- Implement accountability
